Early Morning Fishing

The early morning light casts a golden glow over the stream.  A solitary great blue heron stalks the shallow water for minnows...

Not every attempt is successful, but the fishing is good this morning...

Patience and diligence are important for the fishing heron and the waiting photographer...

The bird must determine just the right moment to strike and the photographer must anticipate that moment to get the photograph...

Thanks for visiting, be well, and come back soon.
