Pileated Woodpecker Engrossed In Feeding

I came upon this female Pileated Woodpecker as she was engrossed in feeding.  I opened the sun roof and slowly came to a stop almost directly below her.  Normally these woodpeckers take off as soon as I stop but this one allowed me to snap the following photos...















 
These large birds are beautiful, and interesting to watch.  I hope that you think so, too.
