Wonderful Week For Photos

Hurricanes and cold weather, power outages and flooding.  All these make me long for the last gentle days of fall with the glorious colors and fragrant smells...

So many bucks are showing up everyday that I have a hard time selecting which ones to post.  Here are but a few seen this week...

While I was watching a large flock of turkeys a fawn came running through the woods and found herself in the midst of them.  She looked a little bewildered for a moment and then went on her way...

This red fox came through the woods following the turkeys.  Even though the birds were much larger than the fox he seemed intent on having one for his daily meal...

While this buck seemed oblivious to the turkeys...

Does are the focus of his attention at this time of year...

The turkeys finally crossed the open field for another section of the farm...

This rub line along an old fence row proves that large bucks use this area...

As always, thanks for visiting, stay well and come back soon.
