Some Critters From The Area

This post is of some random images and thoughts...

This racoon was strolling around a hillside one morning. As I watched, it scampered up a tree and engaged in a scuffle with another one that was already in the tree...

After a few minutes of biting, hissing and rolling around one racoon, the loser I assume, came down and continued on it's way...

I was lucky to see this large grizzled coyote with a gray face...

After a few seconds it continued on it's way...

The coyote may have been the reason this deer came bounding into an open field...

As with many things in nature, the "cause and effect" of wildlife activity is not always obvious.

Thanks for visiting, be well, and come back soon.
