Time to Downsize, or Letting Go is Hard To Do

I guess there comes a time in many people's lives when they realize the home that has served them so well has become a little much to keep up with.  The kids are gone and we don't need the space, or all of the clutter that we have accumulated over the years.  I have to admit that it is hard to imagine parting with that special place where so many precious memories were made.  Maybe it's time to let someone else have the joy of creating a new collection of memories...

When I am out searching for worthwhile photography subjects I try to keep an eye open for a little bungalow that would be just the right size for the wife and me.  I think I may have found the perfect place, even though some would call it a "fixer-upper"...

The best part is that it comes with a guest house that would be perfect for when the kids come home for a visit...

The rest of the family doesn't know about my plans to downsize so I can't wait until they see this post.  I'm pretty sure they will be as tickled with the new home as I am.

Thanks for visiting, be well, remember to have a sense of humor and come back soon.
