Birds Of Different Feathers

Although I don't set out specifically looking for birds to photograph it is hard to ignore them with their colorful plumage and beautiful voices.  The following photos are some that I have taken recently.

First, a pair of male Goldfinches...

Ovenbird...

House Finch...

Male Hairy Woodpecker...

Male Wild Turkey...

Brown Headed Cowbirds...

Male Wood Duck...

Red-tailed Hawk...

Turkey Vulture enjoying morning sun...

Eastern Kingbird...

Female Northern Cardinal...

I will leave you with a photo of a male Red-winged Blackbird "displaying" in hopes of attracting a mate...

Thanks for visiting, come back soon.
