In the early spring a photographer used food to lure the male fox closer...

This caused him to associate humans with food and he began approaching people. The park service felt that a dangerous situation was developing so they euthanized the fox...

This left the female to find enough food for herself, and the kits, alone. Please do not feed ANY wildlife in the parks...
