White Breasted Nuthatches



White breasted nuthatches have been frequent visitors recently.  Watching their antics is a great way to pass the time...





The bird in the following photos has a morsel that it wishes to save for latter...







Finally, it is safely tucked under a piece of bark...



They are just as likely to move around a tree trunk while upside down as right side up...







Moving while sideways is also common...
